Infrared Sauna

Good afternoon we received the RM 2 person sauna about 3 weeks ago and love it. The sauna heats to about 135 degrees in about 15 to 20 minutes and from there it reaches 150 in about 10 to 15 minutes later. I have no doubt that it would reach 175 degrees if needed. The craftsmanship is very good. You don't see this kind of quality everyday. My daughter got her 2-person sauna 10 days before I got mine. I set both saunas up in about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The directions are very simple. The best thing of all is the costumer service. Michelle has been top notch. For the price of other sauna manufacturers RM saunas are very well priced. I think who ever purchased a RM sauna would not regret it.

Absolutely love this sauna. Myself and a friend put it together and we went off the video for instruction. Probably our first mistake as the instruction manual was way more detailed. Had some difficulty with bolts lining up and had to get them all in and then proceed to tighten. Other than our 4 hour build, it has been fantastic. My sleep has already improved! I track it closely with my oura and can see a huge difference in my REM and deep sleep. I have only seen it go up to 140 degrees but haven’t set it for higher. Great product. It looks so beautiful when set up!

After extensive research and apprehension about selecting the appropriate sauna, I ultimately decided to proceed with the Rocky Mountain .

I purchased the two-person version, which comfortably accommodates both my wife and me on the bench, with ample space remaining.

The sauna reaches a temperature of 135 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit within approximately 20 minutes and will continue to increase as your session progresses.

The Bluetooth speakers are satisfactory, and the multi-color lighting features are a pleasant addition.

It is a well-constructed product that performs effectively, without an excessive number of elaborate features, and it rgood value for the price.

Great Sauna! I have been using it everyday since I got it. The one difference I have noticed between the 2 person vs 1 person is the 2 person does not have a heater on the lower left hand side. I do wish I could get it closer to the max temp of 175--that is not a complaint just a wish. If you are looking for a great sauna this one hits that mark.

Love our sauna. Fast delivery, great product. Glad we had two able bodied young men to assist with setup as it would have been too much for my husband and I to do. One interior light did not work and customer service responded quickly with a replacement. Unit heats up fast. Highly recommend this company.

there are many things to like about the spa. It was easy to put together. It heats up very fast and the temperature stays constant. I am really enjoying it. I do have another spa also in another house that was more expensive. The Rocky Mountain does the same thing for less money. The only negative thing I found was that when you're inside and have to open the door handle to get out, it is very hot. It needs to be changed to a wood handle that doesn't absorb to heat.

Working with everyone at Rocky Mountain Saunas was a pleasure. Received it in California within 10 days of ordering. Unpacked the pallet and my wife and I put it together in about 3 hours. My electrician friend came over and easily installed the proper outlet. Luckily we had an unused 240 volt circuit. The hardest part was unpacking and getting rid of the cardboard.

We had a wonderful experience with Rocky Mountain Saunas (RMS). Customer service was great and the shipping went very well. It was surprisingly easy to set up with easy to follow instructions. We are happy we decided to go with RMS, we are loving it!

I just put it together. Pretty straight forward and easy. Just turned it on… all works well. The office gal was so kind too. Personal touch! I recommend 5+.

Wonderful! I have used my sauna everyday since receiving and must say, it is completely relaxing.... I sit in it as it cools down as well because I just don't want to get out! lol Highly recommend as it produces the sweat that health professionals are saying is crucial to our well being. I'm hooked!

We have used the sauna every other day upon its arrival. Let then 2 hours to install the 6 sections. It has been our best purchase in our last 30 years. Worth every penny.

When my spa arrived, it had cosmetic and cracked wood damage from the shipping. I was able to put it together and make it right. Rocky Mountain Sauna offered to pay me for my time and expenses, but I feel like if the sauna would have had this amount of damage on a showroom floor, it would have been discounted at least $500. I already had all the materials required in my possession. My brother-in-law had driven two hours to help me put it together but had to return home and come back a couple of days later. I wish I had just told the delivery service to take back the damaged spa.

This is our second Rocky Mountain Sauna experience. First, the customer service at Rocky Mountain Sauna is exceptional. Like it was when we purchased our first sauna eight years ago, they make you feel part of their family. Second, the quality of their product is outstanding. Both times, the shipment was simple, the set up was easy (and for the most part, only took one person, although at least two is recommended). Finally, the sauna itself is amazing! You will look forward to your sauna time every day. Rocky Mountain Saunas is our trusted sauna vendor and I would highly recommend purchase of their product to anyone!

I'm glad we got the cushion. It makes the sitting much more comfortable.

This is our fourth purchase from Rocky Mountain. We had this model in our last home, but had to leave it behind. It fits so nicely in a corner. We love to stretch out in it with our books and magazines. It was so great at bringing my blood pressure down and helping me to maintain my weight. We always feel so good after a session.... and let's not forget about the great service from the company and the vets who build the equipment.

This is definitely the finishing touch on our remarkable spa. It has improved the experience of infra spa sessions.

Have had it for a month now. Am very impressed with the quality of the unit, and the customer service. Assembly was straight forward, and the fit and finish of the cedar unit was very good. Would purchase the same unit again.
Complaint? Yes. The stereo could be better...not the sound, but the radio. After a few minutes it starts to crackle, so if I tune up, then back to channel it's clear again..Tried playing with the antenna (it is outside the unit on top) but that has no affect...Overall 5 stars for sure.

Rocky Mountain Sauna was great to work with. The Rocky Mountain sauna works perfectly. We've be using it daily and love it!

The installation was easy. However the instructions needed to be a little more explicit. Also there was nn screw hole or fastener for the bench seat. So far the operation has been great.

The product itself is pretty good ( few minor flaws, runs in the clear coat and a chunk was taken out of one of the walls probably in shipping) But customer service is severely lacking. 4 stars and 2 stars respectfully, overall a 3.

Set up went well and have hardly missed a day using it!
