How do I install my sauna when it arrives?

Installation of our saunas was designed to be quick and easy

All Rocky Mountain Sauna models are easily assembled, using two people.  A Phillips screwdriver is the only tool required.

Only 16 furniture bolts are required for most models. These furniture bolts are installed through pre-drilled holes into metal anchor caps inside the walls of your sauna kit.  This is a simple system, yet very strong and sturdy.

On a two person model there are (8) 120V, 3-prong connections, color-coded as needed.  Two ribbon connectors and one two pin connection in the roof cap and you are good to go.

In a drop down list, under FAQ in our navigation system, you will find online assembly instruction manuals; and clients receive a hard copy installation manual with their infrared sauna.

An Online Assembly Video can be found on the Home Page of our website.

Rocky Mountain Saunas was the first far infrared sauna firm in the USA to offer optional White Glove Sauna Installation Service using only bonded, insured service technicians.  We double screen our White Glove contractors and now have a nationwide network of installers that we use on a repeat basis.

White Glove Service

White Glove Service is an optional service which includes:

  • Breaking down the pallet banding, offloading the cartons from the pallet, transfer of sauna components to your desired location (inside or outside) and assembling your infrared sauna.
  • A White Glove Contractor will ensure that the sauna is operating properly and remove the pallet and all the packing and cartons when assembly is completed.

The White Glove Contractor will call to introduce himself to you, prior to sauna delivery, to coordinate the delivery and assembly times as closely as possible.  Rocky Mountain Saunas serves as liaison between the contractor and you to provide a smooth installation process.

White Glove prices vary with size and model of the sauna ordered. See specification page on any particular model for prices of this service.
